This adjustable ladies' ring is made of 925 sterling silver plated in gold and features a hand-carved Madagascar shell cameo with a lady motif, surrounded by sparkling zircons. The cameo, 8 mm, is the work of skilled artisans from Torre del Greco. The ring weighs about 3 grams and is light and comfortable to wear.
