Sony - CDP-X33ES 'High Density Linear Converter' CD player

Sony CDP-X33ES high-end CD player in a black finish, from Sony’s audiophile ES (Elevated Standard) series (circa 1990–1991). Technically in 100% good working order (reads original CDs and CD-Rs quickly and without errors) and visually in neat condition with light signs of use consistent with age. The player is built on a vibration-free aluminum frame and equipped with Sony’s renowned Linear Motor mechanism with the reliable KSS-271A laser unit, which yields a whisper-quiet tray and extremely fast spool times.
