Sony - Playstation 1 (PS1) - Resident Evil 2 - Video game...

RESIDENT EVIL 2 – PLATINUM Sony PlayStation 1 | PAL ITA | FACTORY SEALED ORIGINAL A collector’s specimen of Resident Evil 2 for Sony PlayStation, PAL Platinum edition for the Italian market, still sealed. The copy preserves a particularly interesting packaging configuration and is offered exactly in the condition shown in the photographs. DETAILS OF THE SPECIMEN: • Title: Resident Evil 2 • Edition: Platinum • Platform: Sony PlayStation / PS1 • Region: PAL • Version: Italian • Packaging with text in Italian • EAN: 5028587082597 • Capcom / Virgin Interactive • Official holographic seal present on the front • Original price tag from the era still present: 52,900 Lire • Game never opened • Original factory seal still intact IMPORTANT – CONDITION OF THE SEAL: The specimen features TWO distinct layers of film. 1. INTERNAL FILM / ORIGINAL SEAL Under the outer wrapper there is the original factory seal of the game, still intact and perfectly closed. It is also visible the horizontal PlayStation band on the original packaging. The game has never been opened and the underlying seal shows no openings. 2. EXTERNAL PROTECTIVE FILM Above the original seal there is a further transparent protective film, recognizable also by the micro-perforations visible on the surface. This external film has a localized opening / tear along one of the edges, clearly documented in the photographs. The opening concerns ONLY this external protective film and NOT the underlying original seal. In close-up photographs the following are intentionally shown: • the opening of the outer wrap; • the corners of the packaging; • the bottom edge; • the underlying original seal; • the PlayStation band; • the holographic seal; • the original price label from the era. CONDITIONS: Considering the age of the item, the packaging is in very interesting preservation condition. There are normal creases, folds and superficial marks on the outer protective wrap due to aging. As specified, the external film presents a localized opening. The underlying original game seal remains closed and intact. No removal of the external film has been performed in order to preserve the configuration in which the specimen was kept. COLLECTOR'S ITEM: Resident Evil 2 is one of the most representative titles of the first PlayStation, and Italian PAL sealed copies are particularly appealing to PS1 collectors. The presence of the Platinum edition, the official seal, the price label in Lire and the still-intact original seal make this specimen especially characteristic. The photographs are real, detailed, and constitute an integral part of the description. Please therefore view all images carefully before purchasing: you are buying exactly the specimen photographed. No film will be removed before shipping. Shipping will be done with particularly careful, rigid and protective packaging, suitable for a sealed collectible video game.
