Switzerland 1869 - Strubel 5 rappen pair on folded letter

Folded letter addressed to Conters, bearing a pair of Swiss Strubel 5 rappen brown stamps with CHARGÉ cancellation and a Küblis datestamp of 5 May 1869. Accompanied by R. Berra-Gautschy certificate no. 9504, dated 11 February 2000, identifying the stamps as Zumstein 22A. The certificate states that the stamps are genuine but considers the pair not to belong to the letter, noting that these issues were no longer valid in 1869. Both stamps are cut into on one side, as described in the certificate. The letter shows folds, age spots and an adhesive trace on the reverse. One folded letter and one certificate. Please examine the photographs of both sides and the complete certificate. I can combine the shippings strictly following the Catawiki rules. Following a recent change in international sector regulations, specifically Articles 18 and 19 of the Universal Postal Convention, starting from January 1, 2026, it will no longer be possible to send items (goods with or without commercial value) using International Registered and International Insured services, which will continue to be used exclusively for sending documents. It means that starting from January 1st, 2026, I will ship abroad only by "POSTE DELIVERY INTERNATIONAL STANDARD" starting from 25,80€ without insurance
