Table lamp - Art Nouveau - Brass - Crown of Crystals

Exceptional modernist desk lamp from the first half of the 20th century, conceived as a delicate composition inspired by a ceremonial crown or tiara. The piece stands out for its refined ornamental metal structure, richly latticed and decorated with sinuous vegetal motifs and organic shapes typical of modernist language, where inspiration from nature translates into an elegant succession of curves, filigrees, and elements of great visual lightness. The spotlight is on the magnificent handcrafted Bohemian crystals, carefully faceted to multiply light reflections and create an attractive play of sparkles. These crystals are arranged both on the upper crown and on the intermediate circular bodies and on the hanging cascades that surround the bottom, contributing movement, transparency, and a scenographic effect of great decorative richness. The base, elaborated with vegetal-inspired relief decoration, supports a stylized vertical structure that culminates in a second upper crown, generating a balanced and highly ornamental composition. The combination of the metal’s gold finish and the brilliance of Bohemian crystals evokes the luxury and sophistication of bourgeois interiors of the early decades of the 20th century. This is a piece that transcends its lighting function to become an authentic decorative and collectible object. Ideal for salons, reception rooms, showcases, or eclectic and classical environments, this lamp brings together the elegance of the modernist movement with the artisanal excellence of Bohemian crystal, offering a distinguished presence and extraordinary aesthetic value. As befits an antique light fixture, it is advisable to check the electrical installation to ensure safe operation in accordance with current standards. Certified shipping and good packaging.
