Theart (1968) - “Scrooge’s Inspection”

Original piece handcrafted, part of an exclusive series of 5 works. This corresponds to number 4 of 5 with a certificate of authenticity. An intimate scene loaded with irony unfolds over the symbol of value: the one-dollar bill. Inside a vaulted chamber, Scrooge McDuck examines with a magnifying glass the buttons on Donald’s suit, suspecting that wealth has been hidden in plain sight. The work turns money into an object of doubt, where seeing does not guarantee understanding and possessing does not guarantee trust. The piece is presented framed in acrylic glass, highlighting its value as a unique piece of contemporary art. The artist of this work is Theart, an artist born in 1968 who resides in Spain. She began her artistic career at a young age, and her passion for art led her into this world. Her style encompasses Pop Art and street art, and she uses materials such as acrylic paint, spray paint, crystals, and more. #disneyinspiredart
