Three edged weapons without scabbards: a Danish brass-hilted saber (c. 1820) featuring screw-attached knuckle-bows and a straight blade (approx. 82 cm) marked on both sides with "VIVAT" and the small national coat of arms above the chain of the Order of the Elephant; a French brass-hilted officer's sword (c. 1820) with Pallas Athena on the pommel, a wooden grip, a downward-curving guard plate featuring Mercury, and a blade approx. 80 cm in length; and an English Victorian iron-hilted officer's saber with a straight crossguard and a single-edged blade (approx. 84 cm) etched with the crowned VR cipher and the Prince of Wales's feathers above the motto "ICH DIEN".
