Unsigned greeting card from 1974 - 1975 Reproduction of a pencil drawing plate of the Picaros The greeting card and the paper clip are trompe l’œil Dimensions: 39 x 54 cm Copy in near mint condition, with no stains or yellowing, corners sharp This card represents a reproduction of the pencil drawing by Hergé of page 35 of “Tintin and the Picaros” (issued as an album in 1976) on which there is, in trompe l’œil, a panel showing Tintin and Snowy, with a superb bouquet of flowers, fixed by a trompe l’œil paper clip. This item is interesting because it shows Hergé’s work at the pencil stage before inking. Numerous notes appear in the margins. The shipment will be well protected
