RULE FOR ALL WATCHES WITH A DATE To avoid possible damage to the watch mechanism, please do not set the date with the crown when the time on the watch is between 21:00 and 03:00. It is advisable to set the date with the crown when the time is between 03:05 and 20:55. (Some watch models have a screw-down crown; for settings you may need to gently unscrew the crown counterclockwise. Don’t forget to securely screw the crown back after you have made the desired adjustments.)
