If you are unable to do it yourself, please consult a professional. All automatic watches must be wound at first use; relying on wrist movement alone is not enough to maintain the required power reserve. RULE FOR ALL WATCHES WITH DATE To avoid possible damage to the movement, do not set the date with the crown when the time is between 21:00 and 03:00. It is advisable to set the date with the crown when the time is between 03:05 and 20:55. (Some models have a screw-down crown; for adjustments, gently unscrew the crown counterclockwise. Don’t forget to securely screw the crown back after finishing the adjustments.)
