RULE FOR ALL WATCHES WITH DATE To avoid possible damage to the movement, please do not set the date with the crown when the time on the watch is between 21:00 and 3:00. It is recommended to set the date with the crown when the time is between 03:05 and 20:55. (Some models of watches have a screw-down crown; for settings, gently unscrew the crown counterclockwise. Do not forget to securely screw the crown back after adjusting.)
