Val Saint Lambert

This press-molded glass vase corresponds to the famous Marcelle model, produced by the Belgian crystal manufactory Val Saint Lambert for its Luxval collection during the Art Deco period of the 1930s. The object features an elegant flared shape flanked by two stylized geometric side handles, with a body decorated with wide horizontal fluting resting on an octagonal base. This is a clear white glass version that features the official signature molded in relief into the glass itself, although it is too small to be photographed clearly. The dimensions of the piece are 20 cm in height with a total diameter measuring 13.5 cm from handle to handle, for an individual and total weight showing 800 g. Regarding its condition, the vase is perfectly intact, with no chips, cracks, or missing pieces. It is simply important to note the presence of limescale traces inside the walls due to past use, visible near the upper section of the body as shown in the provided photographs.
