Vintage Murano Glass Art Pot Pourri Jar – 1960s – Blue and Aventurine Elegant vintage vase in Murano artistic glass dating from the 1960s. A refined work of art that perfectly embodies the elegance of Italian Mid-Century Modern design. Characterized by a complex technical execution and an extraordinary visual impact, this splendid piece is ideal for art glass collectors, to adorn a dressing table, or as an exclusive home decor accessory. The Colors and Craftsmanship As you can clearly see, the piece is made of fine hand-blown glass in a deep, intense blue. The entire surface is magnificently enriched with coppery and golden aventurine inclusions, applied to form a striking mottled pattern on the spherical body and refined vertical streaks along the neck. The design is finally completed by two delicate handles in clear crystal applied hot. This technical combination creates a three-dimensional effect. Object Details • Era: 1960s • Height: 8.5 cm • Maximum diameter: 8 cm • Craft: Mouth-blown (shows the characteristic pontello mark on the base). Conditions The item is in excellent condition. The glass retains its original brilliance and shows no chips, hairlines, opacity, or signs of restoration.
