Vintage Gibson EB-2 semi-hollow body electric bass guitar in cherry red finish, serial no. 871247. Features a double-cutaway semi-hollow body with dual f-holes, dark fingerboard with dot inlays, single neck pickup, black pickguard, two control knobs, and chrome hardware. Gibson logo and crown inlay to the headstock. Interior Gibson guarantee label is visible and bears matching serial no. 871247. Approximately 45.5" x 16.25". Includes Gibson fitted hard case with orange plush interior and exterior Gibson badge, measuring approximately 46.5" x 17.5" x 5". The guitar exhibits considerable age and play wear, including scratches, scuffs, finish checking, and other surface wear. A crack is visible at the rear of the neck/headstock transition. Hardware exhibits oxidation and age-related wear. Electronics and playing functionality have not been tested. Hard case exhibits wear from age and use.
