Vintage Ring with Untreated Sapphire & Diamonds, France c. 1985

In this elegant vintage ring, an unusual sapphire is embedded in cool, shiny white gold. The ring band carries two fine diamond baguettes on its shoulders, which impress with both their high purity and excellent color. However, the main focus is on the central gemstone - an exceptionally beautiful, natural sapphire. The stone, which shines in a purple rose tone, weighs over two carats. An independent expert opinion confirms that it has not been heated or otherwise treated to enhance its color. Its slightly cushion-shaped cut has a large table so that its intense color can work particularly well: The eye goes deep into the stone and can revel in the rich color. The gemstone is set in a simple, precisely crafted white gold frame. It lifts the stone slightly above the finger.
