The Voigtländer Vito CLR is a celebrated 35mm coupled rangefinder camera introduced in the early 1960s by Voigtländer in Braunschweig, West Germany. Representing the pinnacle of the popular Vito C family, the CLR model integrates a coupled rangefinder together with a built-in selenium light meter and the renowned Color-Skopar lens. Engineered with exceptional German mechanical precision, an all-metal chassis, and a bright optical viewfinder, surviving examples in clean, functional condition remain enduring favorites among classic rangefinder collectors and vintage analog photography enthusiasts. Taking lens elements are clean and clear, free from fungus, heavy haze, separation, or deep scratches. Mechanics: Shutter cocks and fires crisply across all available shutter speeds. Film advance lever cycles smoothly, the frame counter advances properly, and the focus ring rotates with smooth resistance. Test status: Fully inspected and dry-tested mechanically.
