You can find traces of them at MAK Museum at the following link: https://sammlung.mak.at/de/ https://www.geschichtewiki.wien.gv.at/Lotte_Fochler-Frömel Charlotte Fochler was the sister of the painter and Wiener Werkstätte artist Franz Fochler. The father was a master foreman in Graz. Charlotte Fochler graduated from the Graz School of Technical Art Embroidery and was therefore authorized to manage the gold embroidery, leather and pearl embroidery sector. From 1904 to 1908 she studied with Josef Hoffmann at the Wiener Kunstgewerbeschule, where she was taught by, among others, Rudolf von Larisch, Andreas Groll and Oskar Beyer. In 1905 she even received a scholarship from the Gesellschaft zur Förderung der Kunstgewerbeschule. She was also a member of the Austrian Werkbund. She designed fabrics and carpets for the Philipp Haas company and between 1910 and 1914 embroidered works, wallpaper and fabric designs for the Wiener Werkstätte and ceramics for Busch & Ludescher. Subsequently she worked as a fashion and textile designer in Berlin and Munich. In 1911 she married the architect Franz Frömel. From the marriage the artist Charlotte Frömel was born. Part of her estate, consisting of watercolors, drawings, designs for fabric samples, dolls and fashion, as well as photographs of her existing works, is preserved in the library and the sheet art collection of the Vienna Museum of Applied Arts (MAK).
