The works were created around 1980 in connection with the edition and exhibition project “The Archives – Art Information Centre Peter Van Beveren” initiated by Peter van Beveren. The present lot comes from a signed deluxe edition by Peter van Beveren. 1. Wolf Vostell – „6 Ideen T.O.T.“ Five of the originally six cards from the work „6 Ideen T.O.T.“. One of the cards is signed by Wolf Vostell. Wolf Vostell zählt zu den zentralen Vertretern von Fluxus und Happening in Europa. In seinem Werk verband er Aktionskunst, Décollage, Medienkritik und gesellschaftspolitische Fragestellungen. 2. Maurizio Nannucci – „Does this image fill your concept of art?“ Work with the inscription „Does this image fill your concept of art?“, not signed. Maurizio Nannucci gehört zu den bedeutenden Vertretern der europäischen Konzeptkunst. Sprache, Schrift, Fotografie und die Frage nach Wahrnehmung und Kommunikation bilden zentrale Elemente seines Werks. 3. Yves De Smet – „Stoning/Stoned“ Black-and-white work with handwritten designation „Stoning/Stoned“. Yves De Smet arbeitete im Umfeld der belgischen Konzeptkunst und setzte sich in seinen Arbeiten insbesondere mit Sprache, Bild, Zeichen und deren Bedeutungsverschiebungen auseinander. 4. Woody van Amen – „Two Red Pieces“ Collage-like work with affixed original photograph and integrated puzzle piece, fixed in the mat and signed. Woody van Amen zählt zu den wichtigen niederländischen Vertretern von Pop Art und Neuer Figuration. Seine Arbeiten verbinden häufig Fundstücke, Fotografien, Alltagsbilder und Zeichen aus unterschiedlichen kulturellen Kontexten. Alle vier Arbeiten sind einzeln gerahmt und werden hängefertig als Konvolut angeboten.
