Woodford Reserve - Kentucky Derby 138 - b. 2012 - 1 Litre

Woodford Reserve - The Official Bourbon of 138. Kantucky Derby, May 5th. 2012 The 138th running of the Kentucky Derby — 2012. Woodford Reserve Kentucky Derby Limited Edition #138, one liter, from the year I'll Have Another won the Derby and went on to win the Preakness before a veterinary injury withdrew him from the Belmont Stakes — denying a Triple Crown in heartbreaking fashion. I'll Have Another's 2012 season is one of racing's great near-misses — winning the Derby and Preakness before a tendon injury forced retirement the day before the Belmont. The 2012 Woodford Reserve Derby Edition #138 commemorates the Derby win that began this memorable story.
