XTC Artist - Kiss Hermès orange

Mouth sculpture "kiss" Hermes orange by XTC. Montana paint, vinyl and varnish. Supplied with its black matte base which is an integral part of the work. Numbered out of 90 and signed on the back, certificate (COA) provided. The piece shipped is not necessarily the one shown in the photo. Original sculpture designed, molded and hand-finished by the artist XTC using air-dry ceramic and acrylic paints and varnishes. Careful, trackable shipping. Born in 1978 in the heart of France, XTC shaped his artistic universe through his interest in Design, Pop Art, and more recently Street Art. This visual inquiry evolved into a passion that was to be realized. XTC defines himself as a self-taught visual artist, aligned with the Pop Art movement, through the appropriation of contemporary mass-produced goods. His creativity expresses itself through bold staging of icons of popular consumption (such as McDonald's, Malabar, Chupa), which he pits against the world of luxury (including Chanel, Hermès, Veuve Clicquot champagne or caviar) and Street Art, further blurring the already tenuous boundaries between these worlds. He expresses his art through sculpture, blending painting with all kinds of resins, plastics, and sometimes mineral materials. He draws inspiration, among others, from Banksy, Keith Haring, Orlinski, Andy Warhol, Obey, advertising and addictions in general. All defects or imperfections are an integral part of the artwork.
