Zippo - No reserve price - Lighter - Steel (stainless)

Original Zippo - Satin finish with geometric optical illusion engraving (Op Art Effect) - New in vintage display packagingDescription: Stunning, hypnotic and sought-after original Zippo lighter Made in USA, characterized by an avant-garde geometric design based on optical art (Op Art), ideal for brand collectors or fans of abstract and mathematical graphics. The case stands out for its elegant metallic satin/micro-blasted finish (Satin Chrome Style), a smooth-to-the-touch, anti-reflective treatment that minimizes fingerprint marks and offers excellent scratch resistance. The front side of the lighter is entirely decorated with a sophisticated and deeply etched pattern of extremely high precision. The pattern consists of a geometrically distorted checkerboard in perspective: the curvature and the progressive variation in the size of squares and triangles create a remarkable three-dimensional spherical effect, giving the optical illusion that the metal surface bulges outward. The dense internal knurling within the individual sections catches and reflects light in a varied way depending on the object's angle. The item is completely new, never loaded, never lit and never used. It is presented in its characteristic vintage display packaging in rigid black plastic (Lifetime Guarantee collection), with the words "USA" at the top and the official red and white Zippo logo embossed at the bottom. Naturally, the classic and unmistakable metallic "click" is present when opened.
